The Wisconsin Sports Development Corporation (WSDC) is excited and proud to announce that American Family Insurance has signed on as the first-ever title sponsor for the Badger State Games. Going forward the Games will now be known as the American Family Insurance Badger State Games.
"We're extremely excited to have American Family Insurance expand their partnership with the Badger State Games," said Ron Vincent, Chief Executive Officer of the Wisconsin Sports Development Corporation. "Having a great corporate partner like American Family Insurance make an investment like this will help us make the games bigger and better."
"The American Family Insurance Badger State Games is an incredible experience for tens of thousands of Wisconsin athletes of various ages," said Al Meyer, an American Family executive vice president. "These opportunities simply don't happen without significant corporate sponsorship, and American Family Insurance is proud to increase our support to the title sponsorship level.
"The games also require a tremendous volunteer effort, and American Family's 4,000 Wisconsin employees and 450 Wisconsin agents will be informed of opportunities to join other supporters in making the games happen," Meyer added.
The three-year title sponsorship will commence with the 2007 American Family Insurance Badger State Winter Games and run through the summer of 2009. As a corporate policy, WSDC does not disclose financial terms of any partnership arrangement.
