2007 Entry Form!

There is no registration fee - IT'S FREE!
The first 500 kids to register will receive a Fit Kids Challenge t-shirt.
(You must attend the culminating event to pick up your t-shirt.)
Register by June 30, 2007 with the entry form or online.
Kids are invited to the fun run at the capitol on Sept. 8, 2007.
Registered participants will receive final instructions about the fun run in mid-August.
Mail in the completed log form by August 31, 2007 to:
