COMPETITION
General Rules: NAHFS rules and US Lacrosse rules will be followed. Go to www.madlax.org for rule updates.
Format: Modified double elimination. Final format depends on number of teams entered.
REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
Rosters: Teams must indicate team level and division on the team roster form (registration will not be complete if not included). Roster size is frozen upon entry. No additions to rosters may be made, only one-for-one substitutions. You may pay for additional roster holders if you anticipate adding players. To receive t-shirts onsite, roster holders must be replaced with a player name by June 9, 2008. Maximum of 25 players per team.
Forms: All teams must submit one Team Roster form. Both sides must be filled out completely. Any athlete listed without an accompanying waiver signature will not be eligible. Coaches and/or anyone wishing to sit on the bench must sign the waiver. In addition to mailing in your roster, please bring a photocopy of your signed waivers to your competition. Athletes under the age of 18 must have parent/guardian sign waiver.
