Each team will pay a fee of $65 for Youth divisions, $90 for High School, $100 Men’s & Women’s divisions plus a per player fee based on the entry deadlines described below.

Rules by Division:

    Men’s & Women’s Open/High School (11"x17")

    2013 & 2014 Graduation (8.5"x11")

                2015-16 Graduation (8.5"x11")

General Rules:
WIAA rules, except timing, govern all males and females in high school division. WIAA bench conduct rules will apply. NCAA rules, except timing, govern all males and females in Open division.

College players- NCAA rules apply for the Open division. No more than two players from the same Division I or II college team may appear on the same roster. Players within NCAA jurisdiction must submit written permission from their coach to be eligible for competition. Letters of permission must accompany the team roster form.

WISCONSIN RESIDENTS ONLY.

Format:
Finals only pool play tournament with an Olympic-style medal round. Three game guarantee. Medals awarded to athletes only. Teams must play in all games. A forfeit may result in disqualification for the following year. Three team minimum in order to run an age division.
 
Equipment:
Teams must provide their own numbered t-shirts, basketballs and one non-playing scorer/timer for each game (must be high school age or older).
REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Rosters:
High School Divisions:
2008 graduating seniors are allowed to play in High School A or Open divisions. High School and Open teams have a 6 player minimum. Roster adjustments on-site only prior to first game. High School athletes must carry a copy of their recent 2008 report card.

Open:
High School and Open teams have a 6 player minimum. Roster adjustments on-site only prior to first game.

Roster adjustments limited to substitutions (no additions). You may pay for additional roster holders if you anticipate adding players. To receive t-shirts onsite, roster holders must be replaced with a player name by June 9. Others will receive t-shirts by mail 4 - 6 weeks after the event.

Forms:
All teams must submit one Team Roster form. Both sides must be filled out completely. Any athlete listed without an accompanying waiver signature will not be eligible. Coaches and/or anyone wishing to sit on the bench must sign the waiver. In addition to mailing in your roster, please bring a photocopy of your signed waivers to your competition. Athletes under the age of 18 must have parent/guardian sign waiver.
