Thank you for your interest in the American Family Insurance Badger State Games Summer Festival. This year's event has been canceled, due to the venue being under construction. While canceling the event is not the ideal situation, we did not have the resources to find a substitute venue in the given timeline. We appologize for the inconvenience and are already looking ahead to next year's event in the Fox Cities.

That being the case, the Summer Games have teamed up with local restaurants to offer Athlete Hospitality Nights on June 21st and 28th to any athlete or volunteer wearing their 2008 Summer Games t-shirt.

In addition to that, the evening on which the Festival was scheduled to take place is also the evening of Rhythm and Booms, Wisconsin's premier Independence Day Celebration and fireworks display.

It is the largest single-day event in Wisconsin. We are proud to be able to promote it to our athletes as another great event they can experience while in Madison and encourage you to check it out while you're in town for the Games.

Enjoy your time at the Games and join us next year in the Fox Cities where we hope to revive the Summer Festival and continue this great Wisconsin tradition!
