Each team will pay a fee of $90 plus a per player fee based on the entry deadlines described below.

Please arrive early to receive t-shirt and packets.

Start Time:
See bracket for specific information. Brackets will be available online following registration deadline at www.badgerstategames.org. Captains will be contacted via email prior to Saturday with additional information.

General Rules:
11^th Edition UPA rules apply. Current edition available at http://www.upa.org/ultimate/rules.

Tournament is limited to 28 teams.

WISCONSIN RESIDENTS ONLY.

Format:
Pool play Saturday (four games with bye). Teams re-seeded for Sunday elimination tournament.

Definitions:
Three co-ed division (4M-3F) format:

Junior (18 & under) - junior team may play with one player (i.e. coach) over 18

“Junior” teams are NOT required to register for Junior division

Junior division may be merged with Recreational division if not enough teams register for Junior division.

Governing Body:
Ultimate Players Association. (Membership not required.)

Rosters:
Roster adjustments are limited to one-for-one substitutions only, no additions. You may pay for additional roster holders if you anticipate adding players. To receive t-shirts onsite, roster holders must be replaced with a player name by June 9. Others will receive t-shirts by mail 4 - 6 weeks after the event.

Forms:
All teams must submit one Team Roster form. Both sides must be filled out completely. Any athlete listed without an accompanying waiver signature will not be eligible. Coaches and/or anyone wishing to sit on the bench must sign the waiver. In addition to mailing in your roster, please bring a photocopy of your signed waivers to your competition.
