Check-in:
Please arrive at tournament desk 15 minutes prior to your first match.

Start Time:
Matches begin as early as 4:00 pm on Friday, June 27, and 8:00 am on both Saturday, June 28 and Sunday, June 29. See online brackets for your specific times following the registration deadline.

General Rules:
USTA rules will apply. All participants are asked to bring their own fluids to ensure hydration during competition. Players limited to two events; one singles and one doubles event, or two doubles events. Matches may be played indoors, outdoors or both.

WISCONSIN RESIDENTS ONLY.

Format:
Single Elimination Tournament. Scoring format will be based on size of draw.

Divisions: (Age determined as of June 30, 2008)

If you play USTA Leagues you must register at your current USTA Rating. If you are unsure of your Rating, please contact Commissioner Tom Chorney (see below for contact info)

Doubles Teams - Each participant must fill out an Individual Entry Form listing their partner as indicated.

Individuals must complete the Individual Entry form and sign the accompanying waiver
