You may pay for additional roster holders if you anticipate adding players. To receive t-shirts onsite, roster holders must be replaced with a player name by June 9. Others will receive t-shirts by mail 4 - 6 weeks after the event.

Any athlete listed without an accompanying waiver signature will not be eligible (parent/guardian must sign if player is under 18). Coaches and/or anyone wishing to sit on the bench must sign the waiver. In addition to mailing in your roster, please bring a photocopy of your signed waivers to your competition.
