Road Race: Sat., June 21, 2008
Time Trial: Sat., June 21, 2008

$10 for each additional category entered.

Time Trial Check-in (preregistered athletes): Begins 7:00 am.  You must check in 30 minutes before your individually scheduled start time. 

Time Trial Onsite Registration 7:00 am - 9:00 am.

Road Race Check-in (preregistered athletes) : 11:30 am - 12:30 pm.

Road Race Onsite Registration 7:00 am - 9:00 am or 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

Running Order:
Time Trial (8:01 am start):  Athletes go off at 1 minute intervals in the order they registered ie.the first registration received will start at 8:01 am, second registration 8:02 am, etc. until a maximum of 150 riders (10:31 am)

Road Race:

General Rules:
Helmets meeting current industry standards are required for all racers. Hand ups/feeding at designated spots only in Road Race only. No hand ups/feeding for Time Trial. Tri-bars prohibited for all events except Time Trial. Males and females competing in events using the same division compete for the same medals (i.e. no separate medals awarded to top male and female riders). Categories listed separately but with same start time will be scored separately.

Divisions: (Age determined as of June 21, 2008)
Open: Age divisions will receive separate awards by gender.

Age Divisions:

Assisted Racer: Non-competitive. Athlete accompanied by an adult. No medals awarded, but finishers are recognized.
