71 Year Old Man Plays Hockey In The American Family Insurance Badger State Games
Bob Krainer, 71 years old, of Madison, will lace up his skates for the 12th year in a row as an American Family Insurance Badger State Games participant in the Adult Hockey Tournament. Two players remain from the duel that started out as the Economics department vs. the Business School. Bob Krainer, is one of those founding fighters. They don't have enough "young" players to play in the over 40, tournament, so they are taking a small group to the over 50 division. When asked how he thinks he chances are, he takes a breath, clears his throat and says, "We'll be ah, a representative team, but you can bet we'll have a good time."
